i don’t just train your body; i help you build strength, resilience, and connection from the inside out. through a blend of smart, personalized training and nervous system-informed coaching, we work with your full system: body, breath, mind, and spirit.
-
all coaching is virtual, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world.
-
if you’ve run a race or two, followed a plan before, or are starting to take your running more seriously, we’ll be a great fit. my coaching is best suited for runners who have some familiarity with the sport and are ready to deepen their practice. if you're feeling called to learn, grow, and train with more intention, i'm here to meet you there.
-
i coach athletes training for 5ks, half marathons, full marathons, and everything in between. i also support runners without a specific race on the calendar, such as those who are building a base, returning from a break, or simply want running to feel good again.
-
we’ll chat directly through the v.o2 app with the option for ad hoc calls if you ever want deeper support. you’ll get a fully customized training plan delivered through the app, and we’ll check in regularly on how your body is responding—physically, emotionally, and energetically. you’ll never feel like you’re navigating this alone.
-
life happens. injuries, travel, work, or just needing a break. if something comes up, we’ll adapt. i’ll shift your plan to support your recovery while helping you stay grounded in your goals. that might mean cross-training, reducing intensity, or simply giving your body space. you’ll never be asked to push through just for the sake of checking a box.
-
yes—strength and mobility are essential to strong, injury-resistant running. while i don’t write full strength programs, i offer tailored recommendations for runner-specific movements (think: single-leg work, core, hip stability) that complement your training. we’ll also talk about how to schedule other workouts like yoga, pilates, or cycling so they support your runs, not compete with them.
-
race day starts long before you get to the start line. we’ll build your pacing and fueling plan together, review your mental strategy, and walk through logistics to help you feel confident and calm. i also include a mid-block somatic session to support emotional and nervous system readiness, and we’ll do a post-race debrief to celebrate, reflect, and recover with intention.
-
your nervous system is the foundation of performance. when it’s regulated, you have better access to strength, focus, recovery, and flow. when it’s overloaded, even the best training plans can fall apart. i’ll help you build nervous system awareness through breathwork, pacing strategies, energy management, and simple resilience practices so you can train harder and smarter, sustainably.
-
“somatic” simply means “of the body.” in training, it looks like learning to listen to your body’s cues—breath, tension, energy—and using that awareness to train smarter, recover better, and avoid burnout.
-
nope. everything i offer is simple, practical, and designed to meet you where you are. you’ll never be asked to “meditate” perfectly; you’ll simply be invited to build a stronger relationship with your body’s signals over time.
