about me
in the running world, it’s easy to believe that success means pushing harder, chasing the next goal, and grinding through discomfort.
but i’ve learned that true strength, the kind that’s sustainable, powerful, and deeply fulfilling, starts with something else entirely: listening to your body, not overriding it.
the body holds intelligence that data can’t always measure. when honored, it becomes a performance accelerator.
this is the story behind that shift.
note: this page briefly mentions an experience with assault, in the context of my healing journey. please take care while reading.
my story
movement has shaped my life for as long as i can remember. i grew up dancing and practicing yoga, drawn early to the quiet intelligence of the body—the subtle dialogue between breath, movement, and awareness. that connection guided me into the world of personal training and fitness coaching, where i supported others in building strength, confidence, and resilience through movement.
as my journey evolved, so did my vision. i felt a growing pull to support people beyond the physical—to help them unlock their full potential from the inside out.
in 2021, that vision became personal. while training for my first marathon, my partner and i survived a violent attack that left us with serious physical injuries and emotional trauma. recovery led me inward—into somatic healing, nervous system work, and a deeper understanding of how our inner landscape shapes not just how we feel, but how we perform.
as i returned to training, running became my mirror. no matter how dialed in my pacing, nutrition, or mileage, if my inner world was dysregulated, it showed up in my body. but as i began to heal at the nervous system level, everything shifted. i noticed it in small but powerful ways—more steadiness during hard efforts, more ease in recovery, more trust in my body when discomfort hit.
i learned to listen more closely. i could sense when to lean in, when to pull back, when a little more was available, and when it was time to rest. the deeper work was transforming how i moved—through training and through life.
that year of profound healing became my strongest year as an athlete. with the support of a coach who believed in both my physical potential and my internal process, everything began to align. i experienced firsthand what i now help others discover: that true strength is multifaceted. it’s physical, yes—but it’s also mental, emotional, and energetic.
today, i’m a certified running coach blending science-informed training with somatic awareness and nervous system literacy. i support athletes not just in chasing performance goals, but in building sustainable, embodied resilience—so they can show up to every mile with clarity, strength, and a deeper sense of connection.
what to expect
working with me means training differently: intentionally and intelligently.
you’ll receive a structured, progressive plan tailored to build speed, strength, and endurance. but we’ll go further.
you’ll train your nervous system, not just your muscles. you’ll develop the kind of awareness that allows you to respond to challenge with clarity and control, not just push harder.
this is performance coaching grounded in the intelligence of the body. we integrate physiology and presence to help you run more efficiently, recover more fully, and lead with resilience on and off the road.
we build from the inside out: breath, focus, energy, power.
because success isn’t just measured at the finish line. it’s in how connected, capable, and alive you feel along the way.
mind, body, and nervous system. all part of the work. all part of the wins.
more than just miles.
